Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log in to your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the issued RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship Item

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
